The Title

....Actually I could not think of a catchy punch line type title for this piece which is mostly rantings and rambling from me...Aw bummer! That sucks.
I have had an un-eventful first weekend and sadly the two things that I was most eagerly awaiting to see are closed down. I.e. Niagra Boat ride and the Boston Whale watch. It was part of my learning curve that all these things shutdown around October and then reopen only after the fall season ends, sometime around March or April.
So I was thinking about this during the monday morning, and sighing "Oh man now what? Whatever I could have visited is all closed down. What am I going to do here for another month?"
But my colleagues here, probably were anticipating this and they had drawn out some very nice plans for me. For starters there was a very nice lunch outing at Asia Grille here in Smithfield. Nice little Chinese food Restaurant.
Every day when I drive into work, I used to notice a big white bike standing at the parking lot. Today while returning from Asia Grille, I could not hold myself any longer and I just had to take a picture of it. Right here --> ( you can click the image to see the larger size photo)
And as expected I started to check it out and in no time had the urge to pose right next to it. It was a Yamaha Star Touring bike....V-Twin (looked like 1600-1800 cc).
Absolutely mind blowing... I am imagining how it would feel to ride this baby on the endless stretch of highways here with wind blowing right on my face and not really bothered about traffic since everybody will follow the rules anyway!
Wow that was fun. And now I am looking forward to the upcoming weekend. Because this weekend would involve a hike on the mountains with a team of experienced hikers... And given the fact that I have never done anything even close to something like this, it is surely going to be a mind boggling experience :) Looking forward to that.

And ofcourse that trip would include a lot of pictures to share and definitely a lot to write.

So my trip here didn't turn out all that bad from an enjoyment perspective, after all!!
